Didn't Canada just pass Act 63 that had very similar language, but apparently far harsher and more broadly applicable? If so, all Western governments will be following suit. These laws or rules are specifically designed to silence anybody the government feels is a threat to their narrative, which could change at any time making any statements made one day be punishable by the government the next week or day.

Eventually, please publish the transcript of your podcast. I'd like to add some observations on some choice things you said, but can't remember everything and don't want to re-listen. All of this reminds me that Rush used to say that his program was "Equal Time" in response to President Clinton et al. Ofcom would have banned him for sure!
